Job Functions:

  • Planning Itineraries for Vacations: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers in planning their dream vacations. This includes understanding their travel preferences, suggesting destinations, creating personalized itineraries, and making reservations for flights, accommodations, and activities.
  • Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service is at the heart of this role. You will be the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues or concerns, and ensuring their overall satisfaction throughout the travel planning process.
  • Budget Management: You will work closely with customers to help them create and manage their travel budgets. This involves providing cost estimates for different travel options, suggesting ways to optimize their spending, and ensuring that customers have a clear understanding of the financial aspects of their trip.
  • Researching Travel Destinations: Staying up-to-date with the latest travel trends and destinations is crucial in this role. You will conduct research to gather information about various travel destinations, including popular attractions, local customs, visa requirements, and travel advisories. This knowledge will enable you to provide accurate and helpful recommendations to customers.

Experience Needed:

  • Age Requirement: Applicants must be 18 years or older.
  • Internet Access: Reliable internet access is necessary for communication with customers and accessing travel resources online.
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of customer service experience is required. This can include experience in a call center, hospitality, or any other role that involved direct interaction with customers.
  • Sales Experience (Recommended but not Required): While not mandatory, previous experience in sales or a similar role is beneficial. It can enhance your ability to promote travel packages, upsell additional services, and meet sales targets.
